Konstantinos Koumoutsos was born in Athens, Greece in 1982. He obtained his Diploma of Computer Engineering and Informatics from the University of Patras, Greece, in 2005 and his MSc on Integrated Hardware Software Systems from the same department in 2011. Also he is a phd candidate at the department of Computer Engineering and Informatics, University of Patras.His advisor is professor Emmanouel Varvarigos. From 2006 is working as a freelancer expert in the area of Wireless Communication and as software engineer in Library & Information Center of University of Patras. Since 2010, he is with the Networking Technology Sector of the Research Academic Computer Technology Institute (RACTI), Patras, Greece, participating in numerous National and European projects. His interests include remote management systems, grid computing technologies and design and implementation of data networks. Finally he speaks English, and is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece.
